Anh T. Paschal (a.k.a. Anh T. Nguyen) graduated from Pomona College (Bachelor in English Literature), the University of Southern California (Master in Professional Writing), and Whittier Law College (J.D.)

She developed and implemented financial planning seminars with topics focused on seniors and family planning. She worked with other professionals to develop educational seminars on topics including real estate, finance and estate planning.

She is the 2018 Chair, 2017 Chair-Elect, and 2016 secretary/treasurer of the Elder Law section (Orange County Bar Association). She helped found the Nuvein Foundation for Literature and the Arts, serving as its vice-president and editor of its online magazine until 2010. She chaired the Guest Relations Committee for the April 2014 Viet Film Fest. She clerked for The Red Hat Society, Inc. In her free time, she likes to write and cook.
